Neltharion s Lair

Neltharion's Lair is a leveling dungeon located in Highmountain, and it is the location of the Pillar of Creation known as the  Hammer of Khaz'goroth.

It is available in Normal difficulty for players of level 98 or higher. Upon reaching level 110, players may access Heroic, Mythic, and Mythic+ difficulties. This guide will outline strategies and important role-based responsibilities for each of the bosses in Neltharion's Lair, as well as some tips on particularly threatening trash mobs.

When running this dungeon in Mythic+, additional affixes will be present on the enemies in the dungeon, affecting the way they behave. The first affix is acquired at Keystone Level 4, the second at Keystone Level 7, and the third at Keystone Level 10. Full details on Keystones and Affixes can be found in the Mythic+ Guide.
